The materials are consisting of 5 audio CDs, not CD-ROM. Six modules are included in the five CDs as follows:
1.Engagement planning 2.Internal Control 3.Evidence 4.Reporting

There are 4 sections that make up the complete set. The sections corresponds to the four sections of the CPA exam. Each section has 5 CDs. Each CD is 73 minutes. Each section therefore is 365 minutes / a little over 6 hours ( 73 minutes x 5 CDs.) The complete set is 1460 minutes / a little over 24 hours (365 minutes per section x 4 sections.)
