Waste of money!|By MasterSGT.|This book is a reprint from the 80s, it has a nice cover but that is it. The content is outdated, you are being tricked into buying because of the publication date. Again information in this book is over 20 years old. Also the printing and is bad; Some Examples: 13-27 center hold technique
